Location: Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire
Salary: -40,000 - -50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

Simon Acres Group Ltd is a specialist recruitment business operating across the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) and Merchant sectors through three established brands: Simon Acres Recruitment, KBB Recruitment and Oval Deene Recruitment.

We''re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, develop and support our recruitment team while working closely with our Directors to drive business growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on management role combining team leadership with a small recruitment desk (around two placements per month).

You''ll coach and develop Recruitment Consultants, monitor performance, improve processes and help shape the future growth of the business while leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants.
• Conduct regular coaching, one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Lead daily morning team meetings and afternoon performance reviews to support communication, focus and continuous improvement across the team.
• Drive team KPIs, billings and overall performance.
• Support consultants with business development, key accounts and difficult vacancies.
• Manage your own recruitment desk and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Work closely with the Directors and HR & Operations Lead to improve processes and support business growth.
• Ensure CRM records, compliance and recruitment standards are maintained.

About You

You''ll have:

• At least 3 years'' experience in 360 recruitment.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing recruiters.
• A strong track record of billing, business development and improving team performance.
• Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, commercial approach with the ability to inspire others.

Experience within the KBB, Merchant or Construction sectors is beneficial but not essential.
