to take ownership of our
Part-Qualified Permanent
function in London. This is a

Develop new business
within the Commerce and Industry market while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Book and attend client meetings
to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Achieve sales and revenue targets
in line with agreed goals.
Negotiate terms and fees
to create long-term, profitable partnerships.
Become an expert
in the
Part-Qualified
finance sector.
Build a strong talent network
of high-calibre candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process —from sourcing and screening to offer management and post-placement care.
Support internal hiring, training, and mentoring
