What you’ll do

Design and deliver cutting-edge strategies to attract and engage travelling educators across AU, UK, and NZ.

Partner with Marketing to launch innovative campaigns that stand out and connect with educators in authentic, compelling ways.

Streamline and uplift recruitment and deployment processes, using tech and data to increase speed, quality, and visibility.

Inspire and lead a globally dispersed team, building a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with business leaders to influence workforce planning and contribute to commercial growth.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in international recruitment (education or healthcare ideal), with strong knowledge of AU, UK, and NZ systems.

Deep understanding of global mobility, visas, and workforce deployment.

A track record of

transforming processes

and embedding scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

Creative collaboration with marketing to deliver impactful attraction campaigns.

Experience leading high-performing remote teams through change with clarity and resilience.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.

International perspective through lived or work experience abroad.
