This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing great customer service and being part of a fast-paced team during one of the busiest recruitment periods of the year.What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll play a key role in helping candidates move smoothly through the hiring process by:Welcoming candidates and conducting face-to-face registrationsChecking right-to-work documents and ensuring compliance processes are completedContacting candidates by phone and emailConducting candidate screening callsSending registration, onboarding and induction informationUpdating recruitment systems and Excel spreadsheetsSupporting the recruitment team with high-volume hiring activityHelping ensure candidates are ready to start work quickly and efficientlyWhat We''re Looking ForYou''ll be successful if you:Enjoy talking to people and are confident on the phoneHave strong organisational skills and attention to detailCan manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAre comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and basic Excel spreadsheetsDeliver excellent customer service and enjoy helping othersExperience in recruitment would be beneficial but not ..... full job details .....
