Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Temporary Trades and Labour) Salary up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience plus uncapped commission Location: Essex Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm Friday 8:30am-3:30pm 25 days plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year up to 30 days plus bank holidaysWe are a national recruitment business with an established presence across the UK, and we are now looking to expand our branch in Essex. As part of our continued growth, we''re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Temporary Trades and Labour division working under our Russell Taylor brand. We believe recruitment is about people. You will spend plenty of time building relationships face-to-face with clients and candidates, rather than being behind a desk all day. You will play a key role in supplying skilled trades and labour staff to construction projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include: • Recruiting and placing temporary trades and labour operatives across a variety of construction sites. • Building strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities. • Visiting client sites to understand their workforce requirements and strengthen partnerships. • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, ..... full job details .....
