Your RoleAs an

Education Recruitment Consultant , you will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with schools, and placing high-quality teaching professionals into fixed term and permanent roles. Your expertise and dedication will directly impact the success of both our candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, and colleges to understand their hiring needs.

Source, screen, and place top-tier teaching professionals into suitable roles.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.

Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
