- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of temporary and permanent workers.
- Screen applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess suitability for available roles.
- Coordinate candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and compliance documentation.
- Schedule interviews, inductions, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
- Support daily workforce planning and fulfil staffing requirements.
- Monitor worker attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Assist with payroll administration, timesheet collection, and absence reporting.
- Conduct site tours and support new starter inductions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both workers and client management teams.
- Support recruitment campaigns, job advertising, and candidate attraction activities.
