Recruitment consultant
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of temporary and permanent workers. Screen applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess suitability for available roles. Coordinate candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and compliance documentation. Schedule interviews, inductions, and training sessions. Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases. Support daily workforce planning and fulfil staffing requirements. Monitor worker attendance, punctuality, and performance. Assist with payroll administration, timesheet collection, and absence reporting. Conduct site tours and support new starter inductions. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health and safety procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with both workers and client management teams.
