This hybrid role requires working three days a week in the office, starting asap.Till the end of January 2026. The position is 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all team administration and overseeing the team inbox. You will serve as the primary point of contact for invoice and rate queries from the finance and accounts payable teams. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with the offshore HR transactions team, acting as their main liaison. At times, you will support Recruit Advisors with the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding new hires onto their HR system as well as arranging interviews and shortlisting CVs.What you''ll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you must have previous experience in recruitment administration, with workday knowledge and IR35 awareness considered advantageous.
