The Birmingham rail team has been a cornerstone of our business for many years. They have consistently developed talent.
We are currently seeking a Recruitment administrator to support the team on a daily basis with client and candidate support
Job Description:
- supporting the UK rail business
- Review worker onboarding packs, eligibility to work and competencies/qualifications
- Managing and responding to both incoming and outgoing sponsorship requests
- Reviewing working rosters and fatigue risk index scores using the Signal system
- Highlighting any exceedance of working hours to consultants/ external sponsors
- Support the rail team consultants with compliance, and system based queries
- Main point of contact for any sentinel based queries for Randstad
- Attend the annual RISQS audit for the Sentinel Audit Module
- Facilitate D&A and Medical bookings as required
- Support the Training Manager with co-ordinating unannounced D&A testing
- Liaising with sponsors in the event of misconduct, scheme rule breaches or accidents and incidents
- Maintaining candidate records on the internal database
Ideal Experience:
- Good Data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong admin / compliance experience
- Experience working to targets
- Working in a target driven environment
- Previous recruitment / rail experience and knowledge not essential but would be an advantage
- Working in a team environment with sales personnel
- Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Experience working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial
- Familiar with both Microsoft & Google products (Sheets, Excel, Word, Docs, Powerpoint etc)
