This role is paid at 18.83 per hour.Key Responsibilities" Supporting candidates through the recruitment process, arranging interviews, chasing documents, and keeping them updated on next steps." Assisting with posting job adverts, updating vacancy details, and keeping hiring managers informed of progress." Keeping recruitment systems and trackers up to date with candidate statuses, interview outcomes, and onboarding information." Preparing offer documents, confirming start dates, and making sure new starters have everything they need before joining Children''s Social Care." Working closely with managers, HR, compliance teams, and agencies to make sure information flows smoothly and queries are resolved quickly."
