About the Role
Pertemps Recruitment, in partnership with the London Borough of Harrow, is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join the Resourcing Team. This role is paid at -18.83 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

" Supporting candidates through the recruitment process, arranging interviews, chasing documents, and keeping them updated on next steps.
" Assisting with posting job adverts, updating vacancy details, and keeping hiring managers informed of progress.
" Keeping recruitment systems and trackers up to date with candidate statuses, interview outcomes, and onboarding information.
" Preparing offer documents, confirming start dates, and making sure new starters have everything they need before joining Children''s Social Care.
" Working closely with managers, HR, compliance teams, and agencies to make sure information flows smoothly and queries are resolved quickly.
" Organising interview times, preparing packs, confirming panel availability, and sending instructions to candidates.

" Strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
" Excellent attention to detail and communicate clearly when working with managers, candidates, agencies, and internal teams.
" Candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, handling fast paced workloads and urgent requests while maintaining high standards.
" Good IT literacy is essential, including confidence using recruitment systems, spreadsheets, trackers, and other digital tools.
