About the Role
The Recruitment Administrator position based in Gourock is a temporary, full-time role offering £14.17 per hour, working 38 hours weekly from 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR Recruitment team based in Gourock. The RoleWorking as part of the Recruitment team, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The role involves managing a variety of manual processes, so accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contracts of employment.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
- Chasing outstanding documentation and information from candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Managing a high volume of repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Has previous experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Can work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Is comfortable carrying out repetitive administrative tasks.
- Has good communication skills and is confident liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
