Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Recruitment Administrator- for our client based in central Aylesbury.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:00pm-
Salary: -15,792-
Contract: 12 month FTC
Hybrid working-
Duties:
- Managing recruitment platforms and liaising-with recruitment agencies with reference to current roles
- Collating of applications for vacant positions
- Booking and organising-interviews
- Completing administration for new recruits, including pre-employment-information
- Ordering stationery, liaising with the landlord to arrange any external-repairs-
- Managing incoming post-
- Assisting payroll with processing expenses
- Greeting incoming visitors
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Great attention to detail
- Great customer service experience-
