Recruitment/Office Administrator - 22.5 hours a week - FTC 12 month contract
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Recruitment Administrator for our client based in central Aylesbury.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:00pm
Salary: £15,792
Contract: 12 month FTC
Hybrid working
Duties:
- Managing recruitment platforms and liaising with recruitment agencies with reference to current roles
- Collating of applications for vacant positions
- Booking and organising interviews
- Completing administration for new recruits, including pre-employment information
- Ordering stationery, liaising with the landlord to arrange any external repairs
- Managing incoming post
- Assisting payroll with processing expenses
- Greeting incoming visitors
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Great attention to detail
- Great customer service experience
