As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Full training will be provided, so previous recruitment experience isn''t essential. The Role No two days are the same. You''ll be responsible for managing a busy and varied workload while providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities: Building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into suitable roles. Managing temporary workers, daily bookings and client requirements. Organising a busy diary, prioritising multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records. Conducting client visits, handling enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of the branch. About You We''re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
