Job Title: Recovery Practitioner-
Location: North West London
Rate: -22 - -23 P/H Ltd Umbrella (-20.33 PAYE Inclusive)
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients on a mixed caseload to support their recovery journey
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored recovery plans
- Provide one-to-one and group support sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
