Rate: -23 - -24 P/H Ltd Umbrella (-21.20 PAYE Inclusive P/H)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Practitioner to join our team in Hertfordshire on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an opiate caseload and will be responsible for providing support to individuals dealing with substance misuse issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients on opiate caseload to support their recovery journey
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored recovery plans
• Provide one-to-one and group support sessions
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
