Recovery Coordinator Location: Thurrock Salary: £26,000 per annum We welcome applications from local Thurrock residents, including individuals with lived experience and volunteers looking to progress into a Recovery Coordinator role within our drug and alcohol service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, gain experience, and make a positive difference in supporting people on their recovery journey. About the Role As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals aged 18 and over who are experiencing drug and alcohol-related challenges. Working within an integrated healthcare framework, you will deliver person-centred psychosocial interventions that empower individuals to make positive, sustainable changes and work towards their recovery goals. You will manage a caseload of service users, undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing risk management plans and creating SMART care plans tailored to each individual''s needs. Using a flexible approach that combines harm reduction and abstinence-based interventions, you will provide practical advice, guidance and structured support to help individuals improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
