Recovery and Opportunities Coordinator
About the role: Recovery looks different for everyone, and meaningful opportunities can be a powerful part of helping people move forward. As a Recovery and Opportunities Coordinator, you''ll take the lead in creating a programme that gives clients across Ashley Road, Milton House and Highbury New Park the chance to build confidence, strengthen their wellbeing, discover new interests,develop new skills and take positive steps towards greater independence. This is a hands on and creative role where you''ll turn ideas into activities that people genuinely want to take part in. You''ll design and deliver engaging group work covering areas such as mental and physical health, relationships, substance use, life skills and learning, while creating opportunities that support clients to prepare for moving on to more independent accommodation. You''ll use a strengths based and trauma-informed approach, adapting what you offer to respond to people''s interests, goals and experiences. You''ll also look beyond our services to create more opportunities for clients. Building strong relationships with community organisations, statutory services, specialist agencies and lived experience networks, you''ll help connect people with the resources, activities and support available around them. Alongside this, you''ll champion co-production, support colleagues, volunteers and peers to get involved in delivering the programme, and help make recovery and social inclusion a visible part of everyday ..... full job details .....
