This position is ideal for someone who is ready to provide exceptional front-of-house and administrative support in a busy customer-facing environment.Day-to-day of the role:Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.Answering telephone and email enquiries.Booking and managing appointments.Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.Providing general administrative support to the practice team.Updating spreadsheets and internal systems.Handling day-to-day reception duties and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Able to work independently and quickly adapt to a busy environment.Comfortable learning new systems and processes.A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred unless you live very locally to ..... full job details .....
