Receptionist

Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a new opportunity£ We have an immediate temporary role available with a well-established client based in Thame, starting Monday 24th November

Position: Receptionist (Temporary, Mon-Fri)
Location: Thame
Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Thu and 7.30-1.30pm Fri - Up until Christmas. 37 hours fulltime

Rate: £14.79 per hour
Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview:
You will provide a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage incoming calls and correspondence, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support. Training will be provided alongside the current receptionist on Monday and Tuesday of your first week, after which you will work independently.

Experience andamp; Skills Required:

• Proven receptionist experience, ideally in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using phone systems
• Friendly and professional manner with an attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Additional Requirement:

• You must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle as the location in Thame is not easily accessible by public transport.
