Receptionist

Providing reception and new enquiry support within a busy legal environment, this position is paying a salary of 24,800 - 25,000 per annum.Duties:Meet and greet visitors and provide a professional front of house serviceAnswer incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking and passing on messagesHandle new client enquiries, gathering information and identifying the service requiredComplete new enquiry forms, conflict checks and follow up enquiriesLiaise with Solicitors to obtain further information where requiredArrange client appointments with the appropriate departmentCollect relevant client ID and maintain accurate recordsPromote the firm''s services and available appointments to potential clientsAssist with incoming/outgoing post and general reception administrationExperience required:Previous customer service experienceConfident and professional telephone mannerExcellent communication and active listening skillsEmpathetic and reassuring approach, with the ability to deal calmly with sensitive or challenging enquiriesFriendly, outgoing and confident personalityAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretionGood administration and organisational skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
