We are working with a valued client who is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist based in Didcot.
This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Facilities team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and high-quality customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area, ensuring high visual standards across all front-of-house spaces
- Carry out regular meeting room checks and building walk-throughs, reporting any issues to the Facilities team
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Support with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Working Hours will be 7am to 7pm , various days.
