We are working with a valued client who is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist based in Didcot.

This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Facilities team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area, ensuring high visual standards across all front-of-house spaces
  • Carry out regular meeting room checks and building walk-throughs, reporting any issues to the Facilities team
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Support with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Working Hours will be 7am to 7pm , various days.
