Join our team in Arlington! - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOUSING Job role: Admin (Property Service) Pay rate: 16.98 an hourWorking hours: 8AM to 4PM (35 hours per week)Hybrid role: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday working from the office and Thursday, Friday working from home.We are looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with relevant sector knowledge, to provide urgent support during a particularly busy period within the Damp and Mould team. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile.Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.Support the team with various tasks as needed.What We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus!Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
