Acting as the first point of contact, you will deliver a high-quality front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and employees alike.This is a varied and hands-on position, combining reception responsibilities with wider office coordination duties. You will take ownership of the front-of-house functions, manage meeting rooms, coordinate office logistics, and support the day-to-day operations of the London office.Alongside this, you will oversee facilities management, liaise with external suppliers, coordinate office maintenance and repairs, and support health and safety checks.
