Office Administrator / Reception Willenhall, West Midlands Monday - Friday (full time office based) 8:30am - 4:30pm Be the face of our food manufacturing business. We''re looking for an experienced Office Administrator who enjoys creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment. This is an important role within our business. As the first person visitors and customers meet or speak to, you''ll represent our company with confidence, warmth and professionalism while ensuring the office runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service. Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries. Processing customer orders accurately. Preparing invoices and carrying out administrative checks. Managing office correspondence and documentation. Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administration. Maintaining organised records using Microsoft 365. You''ll probably have several years'' experience in an office administration or customer-facing role and be someone who: Is calm, organised and dependable. Has excellent communication skills.
