Pay: -12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Start Date: 5th October

Are you a friendly, approachable person who enjoys meeting new people and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Receptionist to join a busy hearing care branch in Aberdeen on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and takes pride in making people feel welcome and comfortable.

This is not your typical receptionist position. There are no phone or IT duties involved. Instead, your focus will be entirely on front-of-house customer service, welcoming clients as they arrive and making sure they receive a friendly and professional experience throughout their visit.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Meeting and greeting clients as they arrive
• Providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome
• Assisting clients and directing them to the appropriate area
• Helping with general face-to-face enquiries
• Making sure visitors feel comfortable and well looked after
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the day
• Supporting the smooth running of a busy customer-facing branch

What We''re Looking For

You don''t necessarily need previous receptionist experience. What is most important is that you are confident, personable and comfortable dealing with members of the public.

• Strong face-to-face communication skills
• A professional and helpful manner
• The confidence to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds
• A patient and understanding approach
• The ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment
• A reliable and positive attitude

Experience within reception, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial.
