Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;playful, andandnbsp;developmentally appropriateandnbsp;lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Fosterandnbsp;curiosity,andnbsp;confidence, andandnbsp;independenceandnbsp;through structured play, storytelling, and hands-on activities
- Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;stimulating, andandnbsp;inclusiveandnbsp;classroom environment that supports both academic and emotional growth
- Use a range ofandnbsp;observational assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Buildandnbsp;strong relationshipsandnbsp;with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Contribute to theandnbsp;wider school communityandnbsp;through seasonal events, phonics workshops, and cross-phase collaboration
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with young children in anandnbsp;educational settingandnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Beandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;empathetic, andandnbsp;adaptable, with a genuineandnbsp;passion for early years education
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;child wellbeing
- Possess strongandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;professional learningandnbsp;and contributing to theandnbsp;wider school community
