Your Role as a Reception Teacher:

• Design Meaningful Early Learning Experiences: As a Reception teacher, you''ll create engaging, play-based activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), nurturing curiosity, creativity, and key developmental skills in a warm and inclusive environment.
• Inspire and Engage Young Minds: Bring lessons to life through creative and interactive teaching strategies that captivate students and make learning enjoyable and memorable.
• Foster Positive Connections: Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, playing an active and valued role within the wider school community.
• Collaborate and Grow Together: Take part in staff discussions, contribute ideas, and work closely with fellow educators to help shape a vibrant, forward-thinking learning environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; Unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered
• Experience in Early Years or a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for early childhood education, with enthusiasm for supporting childrenandrsquo;s development and wellbeing
• Adaptable teaching style, with the ability to create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
