Reception Teacher Harrow MPS1 - MPS6 + TLR 2a (TLR to be offered only if successful for Early Years Lead role). What will you do? • Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress. • Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being. • Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons. • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies. • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
