Real Estate EA role in London at a leading Legal 500 firm.12 month Maternity coverYou will support a Consultant and 2 Partners.Your role will involve taking full ownership of diaries, managing inboxes and responding to emails on their behalf, handling complex compliance and billing matters, attending meetings and taking minutes if required and arranging travel requirements.As well as a minimum of 3 years Real Estate EA experience at a leading law firm, you should ideally also have experience of scheduling international meetings, as the Consultant travels abroad 3/4 times a year for meetings in different time zones that will all need to be arranged.This role is hybrid, and you can work from home 2 days a week after the 1st 4 weeks. ..... full job details .....
