This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and keeping essential services running smoothly.About the Role:As a Reactive Maintenance Co ordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all reactive maintenance issues across the council''s estate.
