Major Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our prestigious worldwide manufacturing client based in Chadderton.This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading manufacturing who excel in their field.A Reach FLT licence is essential to be considered for the role, an FLT Counterbalance licence is highly desirable although not essential.General duties to include:High level of accuracy with all Warehouse operations requiredLoading and unloading duties in a safe, controlled and efficient mannerStorage of product correctly ensuring protection against damage with storage locations accurately recordedAccurate picking, appropriate packaging and timely dispatch of productCorrect issue and receipt of materials and finished goods to and from ProductionContinuous cycle countingControl of Customer returned goodsEnsure accurate Navision entries are being made at all timesEnsure that a high level of housekeeping is maintained across the Warehouse at all timesEnsure appropriate manual handling techniques are being used by the Warehouse TeamUse FLT and material handling equipment safely and competentlyNotify Manager of any Health and Safety hazardsThe above is a non-exhaustive list of duties, and you are expected to undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your ManagerPay Rate: 13.16 per hour (Further pay increases once fully trained and permanent)Working Hours: fixed Afternoon shift Monday to Friday 2pm - 10.10pm (38 ..... full job details .....
