Reablement Assistant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a caring and motivated Reablement Assistant to join a specialist day centre and intermediate care service in Bournemouth.This welcoming service provides short-term rehabilitation, reablement and personalised support to individuals who require assistance to regain confidence, improve independence and achieve their personal goals. Working within a supportive day centre environment, you will help clients maintain their daily living skills, promote wellbeing and support their journey towards greater independence.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care, as no previous experience is required. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.As a Reablement Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting individuals with their daily routines, mobility, personal care and rehabilitation goals.
