Lead the preparation and review of complex, multi-entity RandD tax claims.Provide expert consultancy services, including innovation strategy, due diligence, and dispute resolution.Own and nurture long-term client relationships-identifying new opportunities and managing risk.Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery.Collaborate across departments to craft innovative, tax-efficient solutions.About you

CTA or ACA qualification, with a strong background advising large or complex businesses on innovation incentives.Experience gained in a top-tier professional services firm or similar environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Commercially aware, with a drive to contribute beyond the technical aspects of tax.Seniority level
