RandD Engineer (Aviation) 40,000 - 45,000 + Bonus Scheme + Progression + Training + Weekdays Only Saffron Walden Are you an experienced RandD engineer with a background in aviation looking to join a growing company, specialising in aircraft component repair, with excellent opportunities for progression and training? The company have been established since 2016 and our currently expanding, including opening a new facility Essex at the end of this year. They will look to offer brilliant training to enable employee''s to thrive and grow alongside them. Day-to-day you will be researching CMMs, documenting technical information from manuals and working with the team on developing new repair processes and tooling solutions. This role would suit an experienced RandD Engineer, preferably with a background in the aerospace or aviation sectors, looking to join an expanding company specialising in aviation repair and engineering. The Role:Interpreting and improving CMMsDesigning new repair processes and tooling solutionsManaging capability development project and providing guidance to production teams.
