Radiotherapy/Proton Beam Therapy Quality Assurance Administrator

Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Radiotherapy and Proton Beam Therapy (PBT) team at UCLH. The post holder will provide comprehensive quality administrative support and work closely with the radiotherapy services quality team in the maintenance of the quality management system. They will form strong working relationships with the team leads, taking on delegated duties, undertaking departmental audits, service evaluation, quality improvement projects, organising meetings and recording minutes. They will assist with data entry onto clinical systems, run reports, and collate and analyse data. They will review performance data, trends and processes, and use analysis and judgement to identify and propose opportunities for development and improvement. The post holder will be based in the PBT department in the new Grafton Way Building and will provide full administrative support to the Radiotherapy/PBT Quality Manager to ensure the effective implementation of the radiotherapy department quality system and to support high-quality patient care and staff safety. They will work closely with members of the Radiotherapy, PBT department and Radiotherapy Physics department, including the team leads for each section, and liaise with a range of staff internally and externally across the Trust and with partner and external organisations. They will work under the oversight of the services quality manager to maintain the overall quality management system.Responsibilities
