Quantity Surveyor Mayfair Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential, sectors. With project values typically ranging from 5m to 50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across key schemes. As their Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximising profitability. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial delivery on major projects Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Monitoring project costs, variations, and financial performance Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure commercial success Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Supporting reporting and forecasting across multiple projects We invite applications from experienced Construction Quantity Surveyors and can offer a salary commensurate with experience.
