The scheme represents a substantial investment in the UK''s digital infrastructure and will deliver a state-of-the-art hyperscale facility over multiple phases, offering excellent career development, long-term project security, and exposure to cutting-edge construction methodologies within the rapidly growing data centre sector.The RoleReporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial and contractual management of key work packages, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, profitably, and in line with contractual obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and management of monthly valuations and payment applications.Support the commercial management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Monitor and identify commercial risks and opportunities.Review contract documentation and support contract administration activities.Assist in the preparation and negotiation of variations, claims, and final accounts.Prepare detailed commercial reports ..... full job details .....
