Quantity Surveyor

a-ades Quantity Surveyor - Salary up to -80,000

We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong fa-ades experience to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in fa-ades, with experience working as a Fa-ades Quantity Surveyor and, ideally, having come from a specialist fa-ades contractor rather than a generalist construction background.

We''re looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine understanding of fa-ade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations, variations and commercial management.

Key requirements:

• Strong fa-ades experience is essential
• Proven experience as a Fa-ades Quantity Surveyor
• Ideally from a specialist fa-ades contractor background
• Hungry, ambitious and commercially driven
• Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved in the detail
• Strong understanding of fa-ade packages and subcontractor management
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills

Salary: up to -80,000, depending on experience.
