QUANTITY SURVEYOR BRISTOL Client Our client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large projects in and around Central Bristol. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong. Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor to oversee large projects in Central Bristol. Reporting into the Company Directors. Role / Responsibilities Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Managing the day-to-day work on site. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company s requirements and budgets The ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: An industry applicable degree qualification. Proven track record within a similar sector. Individual: Able to work as part of a team. Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. Ability to manage an onsite commercial team Strong work ethic An excellent communicator. Have strong commercial awareness.
