Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol | -65,000 + Benefits - Retrofit

I''m currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading social housing specialist on a newly secured -16m retrofit refurbishment contract.

The project covers 4 high-rise buildings, including cladding renewals, mass-climber scaffolding and associated refurbishment works.

The role:

• Lead commercial management of the -16m contract.

• Manage costs, budgets, cash flow and financial reporting.

• Ensure full contractual entitlement and maximise commercial performance.

• Manage subcontractor orders, variations, disputes and commercial risk.

• Provide contractual and commercial advice to the project team.

• Work closely with the client, supply chain and internal stakeholders.

We''re looking for:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS.

• Social housing refurbishment experience.

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

• Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Experience with management accounts and financial reporting.

• NEC4 knowledge desirable.

• Retrofit experience advantageous.

• Relevant industry qualification.

• Full UK driving licence.

Package:

• -65,000 salary

• Up to 10% bonus
