You''ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues across a diverse portfolio of developments throughout Wales and beyond. What You''ll Be Doing: Managing cost consultancy services across all stages of the project lifecycle Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility reports Producing tender documentation and managing procurement processes Undertaking valuations, cost reporting, and change control management Administering contracts and advising clients on commercial matters Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate Contributing to the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of projects Who We''d Love to Hear From: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Previous consultancy/private practice ..... full job details .....
