An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join my client, a Bristol based regional contractor. They have an expanding portfolio of projects, types of work include full D&B fit outs, refurbishments, design and interiors and larger scale building works such as extensions, re-roofing, alterations and building reinstatement.

They are known for their partnership approach and early involvement with the client team. Their quality management and ability to ‘make it happen’ on time and to budget means they consistently offer the best value for their clients, leading to both negotiated and competitive contract wins.

Due to successful contract wins they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them at their busy office in Bristol. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a quantity surveying role and ideally be degree qualified or equivalent. Current project values range from £100k - £5m.
