Quantity Surveyor

Aspiring Quantity Surveyor required for an ambitious fit-out sub-contractor in the heart of Essex.

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious aspiring Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience at Assistant level, ready to take the next step in their career. Join our commercial team and work on some of London''s most prestigious CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Managing Surveyor, Contracts Managers, and Project Managers to commercially deliver a varied portfolio of fit-out projects.
• Handle all aspects from procurement through to final account, becoming an integral part of a collaborative commercial team.
• Engage confidently with clients and project teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Enjoy a hands-on role that takes you from the office to the project site, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years'' experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically with knowledge in ceilings & partitions.
• Confidence in working with clients and project teams.
• A strong desire to take on responsibility and contribute significantly to project outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.
• Resides within commuting distance to our Essex office.
