Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Nottingham, supporting the commercial delivery of social housing planned refurbishment and retrofit projects.

Description
- Manage the commercial delivery of planned refurbishment and retrofit projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, margins and cash flow.
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.
- Procure and manage subcontractor and supply chain packages.
- Review and agree subcontractor applications, valuations and final accounts.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to monitor progress and commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and provide regular financial reporting.
- Manage contractual requirements and support the resolution of commercial issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of works within occupied residential properties, ensuring commercial decisions consider resident experience and project requirements.
- Contribute to commercial reviews and continuous improvement across the programme.

Job Offer
- -50,000 - -55,000 base salary
- -6,000 car allowance or company car
