Quantity Surveyor

Annual salary: up to £47,000.00 Quantity Surveyor Dartford Full Time, Permanent 42.5 hours Per week 8-5 Mon-Friday Salary; £47,000 per annum, plus car allowance About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial performance of our contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. You will take ownership of cost control, budget management, valuations, and final accounts, providing accurate financial oversight throughout the contract lifecycle. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will manage subcontractor accounts from procurement through to payment certification, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual and financial controls. You''ll be responsible for producing timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing valuable commercial insight to support business objectives. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Alongside maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety and company compliance, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful delivery of services across the business.
