Estimator for a fit-out company with projects-on multiple sectors

• Read all the documents
• Measure and produce a bill of quantities if applicable
• Produce a sub-contractor list for approval with all contact details
• Issue a tender with all drawings via transfer
• Mark up any scope document, specific to the proposed trade
• Add any prudent additional details within the email, dates for returning, prelims, etc.
• Request dates for mobilisation, lead times and construction works.
• Produce simple high level programme based on subbie feedback
• Chase all subbies by email and phone to get at least 3 prices on each package
• Line up all returned packages, fill in any cost/scope gaps with recommendations
• Save all sub-contractor costs and relevant information directly into SharePoint in an easy to use format
• Arrange meeting with directors to review ready for submission
