Key responsibilities include: Delivering full cost management services from project feasibility to the final account. Preparing detailed cost plans, tender documents, and budgets for a variety of projects. Managing variations, valuations, and performing contract administration tasks. Providing expert advice to clients on procurement strategies and value engineering. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to achieve project goals.
